Premium Data Harvesting and .NET Framework
March 28, 2017
On Friday, April 7, we plan on releasing some new features and updates.
Premium Harvesting
Anonymous processing is being merged into premium harvesting. The end result is essentially the same, but there are some crucial differences:
- Page credit usage. The page credit usage will be a uniform ratio for any agents that run with premium harvesting.
- Geolocation. You will be able to choose from several different locations to build, test, and run an agent.
We will hold a webinar on Thursday, April 13, at 9 a.m. MDT, to showcase premium harvesting and answer questions. Click here to register.
.NET Framework
This will be an invisible change that affects the Agent Builder installer. In the past, the installer depended on an older version of Microsoft’s .NET framework and required some users to take extra steps to complete the application setup. The installer will come bundled with .NET 4.5 and will not require any additional steps by the user.
A Reminder
Note that these features are in the final testing stage and are only accessible to a select group of internal users. Our support department will have limited information about unreleased features and may not be able to answer detailed questions about them. We will post articles and links to documentation on the Mozenda blog right after release and also include them in an email the week following release.
